Users who created profiles on previous iterations of Parler will retain all of their followed and following users, as well as text posts. However, images were not transferred over and will not show in your profile photo, header photo, or prior posts.
To access your previous account, sign in to the new app using the same login method (email or phone number) you used before. Users will not need the password as we employ magic links and verification codes to verify your identity and ownership of the account.
If you do not recall the login method, reach out to support@parler.com with the previous username and potential login methods (email and/or phone number) for our team to cross-reference. Our team can assist with updating old phone numbers and emails, as well as deleting accounts opened on accident while attempting to access your previous account.
