Parler 3.0 has simplified the activity feed! Instead of only feeding you content we think you'll like, your feed is curated by you. Following a user populates your feed with that user's content and creates a connection. Following Users allows you to see what the people you are following post to the Activity Wall. If they follow you back, your connection will be upgraded to Friends! All posts are displayed in chronological order with the most recent posts being at the top of your page so you can always stay up-to-date on the latest posts.
How to Follow / Unfollow a User from a Post
1. Scroll down one of the feeds until you find a profile you wish to follow.
2. Click the three dots (...) in the top right of the post, and select Follow (Username) from the dropdown menu or unfollow if you're following them already.
How to Follow / Unfollow a User from a Profile
1. Scroll down one of the feeds until you find a profile you wish to follow. Click on their name or username to be brought to their Profile Page.
2. After you click into their profile, select the Follow button on their profile header.
3. The button will change to Unfollow or Friends. If it says Unfollow, the user and their content will appear on the Following tab of your feed and your connections. If the button says Friends, they have already followed you and you will now find the user and their content in your Friends tab of your feed and your connections.
How to Follow a User from the Search or Trending Feature

Select the Search or Trending feature on the bottom navigation bar.

Click the Follow button beside the user's handle or click into their profile to follow from their header.
