Help, I can't login to my old account and it is making me change my username
If you are trying to login to your old account and get a screen similar to this one, please follow the steps below.
1. Did you login using the correct, original email address?
2. To get past this screen:
a. Either clear the cache on your browser, close the browser, then go back to parler.com and login using the correct email.
b. Or, you can continue with the account creation and choose a temporary username.
3. If you choose to complete the account creation for the temporary account, then return to parler.com and log in using the correct email address
4. If you have issues, please email us at support@parler.com
How do I change my email address?
Currently users are NOT able to update their email address on their own. To change or update your email address, please email us at support@parler.com or use the "Feedback" button in the left navigation sidebar. Upon receiving the message, we will change the email for you.
If I was previously a Parler Ambassador, how can I re partner with Parler?
Previous Ambassadors can send in a request form via media@parler.com.
How do I change my password or sign in to my old account?
Currently, Parler does not employ a password system. Instead, accounts are established using Magic Link, enabling users to sign in with their email address. Upon sign-in, a link is dispatched to the email linked with the created account. You will be able to access your existing account there.
Can I use the same login or will I have to create a new account?
Users can utilize their same login associated with their email used upon original sign up. If you have issues accessing your account, please send an email to support@parler.com
Do I login to PlayTV with the same account info as the Parler app?
Yes, that is correct. You do NOT need to register a new account with PlayTV. You can simply login with the same email address.
Do you sell my data?
At Parler, we value privacy and safeguard your user data. Our business model is not designed around selling user data, unlike other social media companies.

Does Parler Shadowban content?
No, Parler does not shadowbox or restrict videos based on the nature of the content.
Are minors allowed to have a Parler account?
Currently, minors are not allowed to create an account with Parler. We are in the process of developing a companion app designed for minors, with many safeguards in place to protect from bullying and exploitation.
What does the Network number mean on my account profile?
You may notice when viewing your profile page you can see your "Followers" count and right next to it is your "Network" count.
"Followers" refers to how many other users are following your account.
Your "Network" refers to the total aggregate reach of everyone who follows you. So, for example if 20 people follow you, and those 20 people have 50 followers each, then your "Network" is 1,000.
In other words, "Network" means the total number of your followers' followers.
