How to Navigate to Settings
When logged in, you’ll see the left sidebar/navigation bar from anywhere on the website. Click on the gear icon to bring up the account settings.
Account Settings
- My Account: By clicking here you will be able to view and change your email address.
- Notification Settings: Clicking here will allow you to turn on or off a wide variety of notifications including push notifications or specific social notifications such as whenever someone posts a comment on your video or follows your account. You can also activate “video notifications” that will notify you when your video has been processed and published. Click the “Back” button at the top of the screen to return to the main menu for settings.
Privacy and Settings
This section allows you to manage your violations, the muting and blocking function as well as policy documents.
- Violations: Here you can manage any violations or appeals. All appeals are done through the app and the response to the appeal will show here.
- Mutes and Blocks: Manage your muted and blocked accounts. There are two columns, one for mutes and one for blocks which you can switch between. If you have a long list of muted or blocked accounts, you can search the usernames using the “search users” field.
- Policy Documents: For your reference, this contains the three documents you agreed to, namely the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
