Step 1: Open Your Onboarding Link
You’ll receive a Violet Connect link from Parler Shop.
- Click the link to begin onboarding
- This link is unique to your store and pre-configured for Parler Shop
Step 2: Verify Your Email
- Enter your email address
- Input the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox
This creates your secure Violet account.
Step 3: Confirm Your Store
If pre-registered, you’ll see:
- Store name
- Store URL
Confirm the details are correct.
If not:
- Select Shopify
- Enter your store URL (e.g.,
yourstore.myshopify.com)
Step 4: Connect to Shopify
Click:
👉 “Connect to Shopify”
You’ll be redirected to Shopify to install the Violet app.
Step 5: Install the Violet App
On Shopify:
- Review requested permissions:
- Products (read)
- Inventory (read)
- Orders (write)
- Fulfillment (read/write)
- Click Install App
⚠️ Important:
- Leave “Embed app in Shopify admin” UNCHECKED
Step 6: Automatic Redirect Back
After installation:
- You’ll be redirected back to Violet Connect
- Your store connection will be completed automatically
Step 7: Configure Payouts & Commissions
Depending on setup, you may be asked to:
- Connect a payout account (Stripe Express)
- Set commission rates for creators
This enables:
- Creator earnings
- Revenue distribution
Step 8: Complete Onboarding
Once finished:
- Your store is fully connected
- Products begin syncing automatically
- You’re now live on Parler Shop
