What happens after I submit my request?
After you submit your verification request:
- Payment is charged at submission
- Your request enters a manual review process
- Your status remains Under Review until a decision is made

How long does verification review take?
Review time is typically within one business day during launch periods and within three business days after launch. Timing may vary depending on request volume.

Is approval guaranteed?
No. Submission of a verification request and payment does not guarantee approval.
Each request is reviewed individually under Parler’s verification criteria.
What happens if my verification request is approved?
If approved:
- Your verification badge is applied to your account
- The badge appears on your profile across Parler Social and Parler Play
- Your subscription becomes active
- You receive an approval email
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
What happens if my verification request is denied?
If denied:
- Your verification badge is not applied
- Your subscription is canceled
- A refund is initiated automatically
Refund timing depends on your payment method and bank and is typically initiated within one to three business days.
Denial reasons are provided. Approval is not guaranteed upon reapplication.
Why might a verification request be denied?
Common reasons include:
- We were unable to reasonably verify the individual identity based on available information
- We were unable to reasonably verify business affiliation or authorization
- The account profile appears misleading or incomplete
- The account presents an impersonation risk
- Account status or policy considerations
These reasons are based on review criteria at the time of submission.
Can I reapply if my request is denied?
Yes. You may submit a new request after updating your profile or account details.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Does verification renew automatically?
Yes. Paid Verification subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing plan, either monthly or yearly.
Renewal billing is handled by Stripe.
Parler does not currently send reminder or renewal notification emails. Billing confirmations and receipts are sent by Stripe.
How do I cancel my verification subscription?
You can cancel your verification subscription at any time from your account settings via Parler web.
When you cancel:
- Future billing stops
- Your verification badge is removed
- Your account returns to unverified status
Fees already charged for the current billing period are not refunded unless otherwise required by law or policy.
How can I cancel my monthly payments for Verification?
To cancel your Verification subscription, you must use Parler on the web:
- Sign in at app.parler.com
- Open Account Settings
- Go to Verification or Billing
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm
Verification subscriptions are managed through the web experience. Cancellations are not handled through Apple or Google.
After you cancel, future billing will stop. Your verification badge will remain visible until the end of your current billing period, then it will be removed. Charges for the current billing period are not refunded.
Does verification affect reach or visibility?
No.
Verification does not affect:
- Reach
- Ranking
- Visibility
- Content distribution
Verification exists solely to provide identity clarity.
Where does the verification badge appear?
Once approved, the verification badge appears:
- On your profile
- Next to your account name in supported surfaces across Parler Social and Parler Play
Badge placement may vary slightly by platform or surface.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Parler does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information.
